Thank you for helping me get my account back. It appears the best way to reach tiktok is through the in app help feature.
If you have a tiktok account:
Click settings (the three lines on the top right of your profile)(
Click “Settings & privacy”
Scroll down and click “report a problem”
Click “Suggestions”
It will ask if your issue was taken care of. Click no. A text box will appear that will allow you to write a message to tiktok.
If you do not have a tiktok account, you can try sending an email to communitymanager@tiktok.com
That email was at one time active but tiktok has a habit of inactivating email addresses when they become too widely known. If you have any contacts at tiktok please send me an email at kcdavis02@gmail.com
At this time, please don’t use that email address to send general correspondence as it overwhelms my inbox. Thanks for understanding.
